I’m in the unique position of having made millions from being in business and retiring while still in my forties. But I love business – the adrenalin of it, the fact that only business gives you the freedom to really be yourself, to generate wealth and a better quality of life for yourself, your family, your staff, your customers, your community.

So I took two years and looked at everything to do with business. Every guru, every methodology, every strategy and tactic. Offline and online. Solepreneurs and startups. Part time businesses, massive corporations, small and medium size enterprises.

It took me a long time to sort the wheat from the chaff. There’s a lot of spruiking and overselling out there!

As a tight-fisted farmer’s daughter, I’m very “big” on reality – and reality checks. As my husband David says, “you can’t have more sizzle than sausage”.
