We All Want Time Saving Help To Be Successful In Life And Business – Here’s a “Tiny Interruption Solution”
On average we are interrupted every 11 minutes but it takes about 26 minutes to get back into “flow”.
Even worse, did you know the average worker switches tasks every three minutes?
Typically, this rapid task switching is attributed to something I consider “Tiny Interruptions.”
Tiny Interruptions may be a Facebook or Instagram update, text message, an email or chat notification, a mention on Twitter, a Snapchat notification, an phone call from a friend, or a quick question in person.
The number one thing I strongly recommend is to switch off ALL your notifications except diary reminders. When I did this, I switched off updates from:
- email including gmail
- … the list went on and on
I recommend you take a minute to switch these off on your desktop, laptop, tablet, phone… then YOU can be in control of your technology instead of the other way around. This will really help you with Optimising Your Life And Business.
